Neuro/State Dynamics

A clearer map of how you operate.

Our Neuro/State Dynamics engine turns self-understanding into something you can see — a structured assessment that reveals your patterns and how to work with them.

What it measures

Three dimensions of how you work

Focus

How you attend

The way you concentrate, filter distraction, and sustain attention under different conditions.

State

How you respond

Your stress response — what tips you into overload, and what brings you back.

Recovery

How you recover

How quickly and how well you reset after pressure, and what helps you do it.

How it works

From assessment to action

Step 01 — Assess

A guided assessment

A guided assessment captures how you focus, respond, and recover — typically around 90 minutes.

Step 02 — Profile

A clear written profile

We turn your results into a clear written profile of your patterns and pressure points.

Step 03 — Debrief

Plain-language session

A personal session walks you through what it means in plain language — no jargon.

Step 04 — Apply

Levers to pull

You leave with specific levers to pull, ready to train against on your own or with coaching.

Individuals & teams

One engine, two views.

For individuals, it’s a personal map to train against. For teams, an aggregate view reveals how a group focuses, responds, and recovers together — so you can lift performance where it actually counts.

Want to coach this way?

Learn to coach states, not character.

The same fundamentals behind this assessment ground our six-month Neuro/State Coaching Program — training future coaches to read the nervous system underneath behaviour and help people steer their own states.

For teams · Corporate training

Train it as a team.

The same three dimensions power The State You’re In card game — a facilitated session that gives a whole team shared language for focus, stress, and recovery in under an hour.

Questions

What people ask about the assessment

Is this a clinical or diagnostic test?
No. It’s a training and self-understanding tool, not a clinical diagnosis. It maps patterns you can work with — it doesn’t label or diagnose conditions.
How long does it take?
The assessment itself is usually around 90 minutes, with a separate debrief session to walk through your results.
Can I do it without ongoing coaching?
Yes. Many people take the assessment on its own for the clarity it brings. It also pairs naturally with coaching if you want to go further.
Is there a version for young people?
Yes — a gentler, age-appropriate format with a debrief in plain, encouraging language. See our youth programs for more.
