Counselling

A space to be heard.

Supportive, confidential counselling for the times that ask more of us. We offer a calm, non-judgemental space to talk things through — with care tailored to women, young people, and neurodivergent minds.

What counselling is here

Care that meets you where you are.

Counselling sits alongside our training and coaching, but it’s a different kind of support — less about building performance skills, more about having a safe, confidential space to make sense of what you’re going through.

We work at your pace, with warmth and without judgement. Where specialist or clinical care is the right next step, we’ll say so and help you find it.

Who we work with

Counselling tailored to three groups

01 — For women

A space of your own

Confidential counselling for women navigating change, pressure, or simply needing somewhere to be heard — held with care and without judgement.

  • Confidential 1:1 sessions
  • A calm, supportive space
  • In person or online
  • At your own pace, on your terms
02 — For youth

Support that speaks their language

Counselling for young people, in language that lands — helping them feel understood and find their footing through the things that feel big.

  • Age-appropriate and gentle
  • Builds trust before anything else
  • Works alongside families where helpful
  • In person or online
03 — For neurodivergence

Met as you are

Counselling for neurodivergent people that starts from strengths and difference — no fixing, no masking, just support that fits how your mind actually works.

  • Neurodivergence-affirming approach
  • Flexible, low-pressure sessions
  • Plain, direct communication
  • Pace and format that suit you

A note on scope: Our counselling offers supportive, non-clinical care. It complements but does not replace medical or psychiatric treatment — if you need clinical or crisis support, we’ll help you connect with a qualified, licensed provider.

How it works

Starting is simple

01 — Reach out

A first message

Tell us a little about what’s going on. There’s no pressure, and everything you share is confidential.

02 — First session

We meet, gently

An unhurried first session to get to know you and what would help — in person or online, whichever feels safer.

03 — Ongoing support

At your pace

We continue for as long as it’s useful, and we’re always honest if another kind of support would serve you better.

Questions

A few things people often ask

Is this the same as therapy?
Counselling here is supportive, talk-based care. Depending on what you need, that may be enough on its own — or we may suggest specialist clinical support alongside or instead. We’ll always be honest about what’s right for you.
Is it confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between us, within the normal limits that apply when someone’s safety is at risk. We’ll explain those limits clearly at the start.
Can we meet online?
Yes — sessions run in person or online, whichever feels more comfortable and accessible for you.
How do I start?
Send a short message through the contact page. We usually reply within about two working days and will suggest a gentle first step.

Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.

Reach out when you’re ready. We’ll meet you with care, and at your pace.
