A few things people often ask

Do I have to commit to a long program?
No. Many people start with a single assessment or a short block of coaching, then decide where to go next. We’ll always suggest the smallest first step that’s genuinely useful.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching here is skills training for focus, resilience, and performance. It complements therapy but doesn’t replace clinical care — and we’ll say so clearly if a different kind of support would serve you better.
Can we meet online?
Yes. Sessions run in person or online, whichever fits your life. Retreats are the one deliberate exception.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Most people feel an early shift within the first month, usually in how they recover from stress and hold attention. Deeper change builds as the practices become habit.
What does it cost?
