About us

A whole-mind approach to performance.

We train the mental skills that drive real results — focus, resilience, and clear thinking — in one structured program, built around the whole person.

Our story

Built on a simple conviction.

Lasting change doesn’t come from a single quick fix. It comes from working with the whole person — your mind, your habits, and the real demands of your everyday life.

We started The Whole Mind Group to bring that approach to organisations, individuals, and young people alike — with methods that are practical, evidence-informed, and honest about what training can do.

Our values

What guides how we work

Practical over theoretical

If you can’t use it this week, we don’t teach it.

Honest about limits

We’re clear about what training can and can’t do — no overselling.

The whole person

Mind, habits, and real life — never one in isolation.

Evidence-informed

Grounded in research on attention, stress, and behaviour change.

Our people

The team behind the work

Wayne Lyell Davies

Founder & CTO

Wayne is the founder of The Whole Mind Group and the architect of Neuro/State Dynamics, the framework that underpins everything we do. He leads the design of our assessment and coaching methodology, translating how the mind and nervous system actually work into practical, evidence-informed training that organisations, individuals, and young people can use in everyday life. He is also the author of The State You’re In.

Anna-Mari Antona-Davies

Head Counsellor & Programs Facilitator

Anna-Mari leads our counselling practice and facilitates programs across women, youth, and neurodivergence. She brings a warm, person-centred approach to the work — holding a safe, confidential space for clients while guiding the design and delivery of programs that meet people where they are. Her focus is on care that is practical, affirming, and grounded in real understanding.

Let’s build something that lasts.

Tell us what you’re working toward and we’ll help you find the right starting point.
